All information described below affects all Gift Cards issued by Torrenigma Escape Room as of January 1, 2022:
Additional players can be added later by paying the difference, as long as the maximum number of players allowed for the adventure is respected.
All gift cards issued from October 2024 onwards (inclusive) expire 90 days after purchase, although the games may change. In such cases, if the Gift Card is for an adventure that no longer exists or is under renovation/closed, it will be replaced with a new card. Any price difference will only be charged if the new game is more expensive.
Unused gift cards with no stated expiration date that were issued before October 2024 can be redeemed until January 1, 2025 (exclusive).
Once delivered, Torrenigma Escape Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced Gift Cards. However, if you encounter any such problem, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can they be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Due to the nature of this product, no refunds are accepted. However, an exchange for an equivalent (or lower-priced) game is allowed.
Gift Cards are expressed in their final value, including taxes. You can view the tax breakdown (such as VAT) before finalizing your purchase.
If desired, a personalized invoice for the Gift Card purchase will be issued and sent to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
Each card comes with a unique and unrepeatable serial number (just like our Escape Rooms!). This number becomes invalid once redeemed. Therefore, each card can only be used once.
Reselling or commercializing our cards is prohibited, and we trust in the responsible use of them, relying on the common sense of those who acquire them.
Normally virtual cards are prepared and shipped within a period of between 8 and 24 hours from the time the card is purchased. On certain dates of high demand, it could take up to 48 hours; If you need to receive it urgently, do not hesitate to contact us to let us know that you need it as soon as possible and we will endeavor to have it ready as quickly as possible. As it is a card that we completely personalize a la carte, we ask for patience and understanding during the preparation and shipping time.
Cards of this type (virtual) are made in high resolution, allowing buyers to print them so they can use them as a physical gift. For a good result, in these cases we recommend using good weight paper (or fine cardboard) and full color printers, using the best quality settings that this allows.
In the case of physical cards: you can keep it as a souvenir, although once it is used, the serial number is invalidated. In other words: each Gift Card logically has a single use.
Physical cards may be subject to stock availability, although stock is usually available for all adventures. If there is no physical Gift Card available, we will contact you to propose a virtual version of it as an alternative.
Torrenigma Escape Room cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of cards sent by express courier for reasons beyond our company’s control, and attributable to said third parties.
