To book “The Arcane Amulet” less than 12 hours in advance or in a custom shift, phone us at (+34) 691 91 26 30 (10am to 11 pm) and we will try to get you a booking.

  • Check that you’ve typed your e-mail correctly, otherwise you won’t receive the confirmation e-mail. Please check the SPAM folder. If you still don’t receive the confirmation e-mail in a reasonable period of time (up to 15 mins), please text us or phone us at (+34) 691 91 26 30 (from 10am to 11pm) and we will confirm you the reservation.
  • Please make sure to be very punctual on the day of your booking; arriving late means reducing the game time, and even a cancellation of the booking.
  • If you wish to have an invoice, it will be issued, via e-mail, once you have completed the Escape Room service and paid the service itself.
  • Your personal info will be protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
